NH HILLSBOROUGH — Water Commission approves manufacturing business change of use, rejects sewer ordinance revision. Commissioners Peter Mellen, Dave Lewis, and Dana Clow approved a Change of Use application from Seamus Wibben for RQ Machine at 166 West Main Street after Water and Sewer Administrator Penny Griffin reported that WWTF Operator Paul Dutton found no municipal sewer discharge concerns. The Commissioners declined an $8,300 Engineering Services Request from Underwood Engineers to revise the town's sewer use ordinance, choosing instead to handle the modifications in-house.

The Commissioners also reviewed preliminary plans for Harvey Farms, a proposed 80-unit senior housing development with 10 single-family lots, with water connection fees of $7,500 and $2,500 per lot respectively.
