NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Water and Sewer Commission approves residential service and launches ordinance update. The Commission approved water and sewer applications for a one-bedroom apartment and garage at 13 Walnut Street, setting sewer fees at $1,609.75 (System Development Charge of $1,509.75 plus $100 inspection fee) and a water permit fee of $2,500. Commissioners unanimously approved applying $27.06 in accrued interest as a credit to the account at 4 Butler Avenue after denying an abatement request.
The Commission also agreed to update the Hillsborough Sewer Use Ordinance based on recommendations from state wastewater officials.
