NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Planning Board continues gas station hearing at Second Turnpike. Applicant Myank Patel, who has received Department of Environmental Services approval, was asked to submit revised plans identifying well and septic locations, drainage specifications, and lighting details by a December 3 continued hearing. Neighbors raised concerns about drainage to adjacent properties, well locations potentially affected by state land-taking, traffic conditions at the intersection, and outdoor lighting impacts.

Chairperson Susanne White moved to continue; Vice Chairperson Dana Clow seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The Board also unanimously accepted a Housing Survey in final form and a survey for 186-194 West Main Street showing no site changes.
