NH HILLSBOROUGH — Planning Board approves 10-lot residential subdivision on Myrtle Street amid parcel dispute. The Planning Board unanimously approved the 19.8-acre development for Leigh Bosse of Dascomb Associates LLC, enabling construction of Cardinal Circle, a new private road intended eventually to become town-maintained. The project includes water and septic service, fire hydrants, and utility extensions.

The approval carried a contentious condition requiring Bosse to convey a parcel to neighbors; Bosse conditioned the transfer on the neighbors withdrawing an environmental complaint against him that he disputes. Neighboring residents raised unresolved drainage concerns about an inadequate culvert on their adjacent property.
