NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Conservation Commission approves trail map funding for summer outreach. Chair Richard Head and the commission unanimously authorized printing 200 town trail maps and 50 Riverwalk maps for the History Alive event, allocating up to $250 for the project. The commission also received an update on the Natural Resources Inventory survey coordinated by Moosewood Ecological, with 10 landowners having granted access permission, one denying access, and replies still pending from other owners.
The State Forester has been contacted to inspect a property of concern, and the commission discussed summer intern Jack Blevens focusing on hiking trails and revising trail stories with photographs for publication.
