Hillsborough Conservation Commission Re-elects Richard Head as Chair

NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Conservation Commission re-elects Richard Head as Chair, backs nesting season dog restrictions. Richard Head was re-elected Chair and James McDonough Vice Chair in unanimous votes. The commission approved the March 14, 2026 minutes by a vote of five to zero, with two members abstaining.
At the Confluence Conservation Area, where Eversource has installed an osprey platform, the commission reached consensus to restrict dogs during the spring nesting season and agreed to send a formal letter of thanks to Eversource, with a cleanup session scheduled for Saturday, April 18, at 9:00 am.
