Hillsborough conservation panel flags concerns on Sawmill Road subdivision

NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Conservation Commission flags deficiencies in Sawmill Road subdivision application and votes unanimously. The Conservation Commission voted 7-0 to submit detailed comments on the Borey Subdivision application, citing missing required elements including a topographic survey and permits from other agencies. Chair Richard Head raised concerns about buildable area delineation and potential wetland impacts during site development.

The commission also authorized Head to address the Planning Board about conservation issues.
