misc · Meeting of August 4, 2026

NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Trustees of the Trust Funds reaffirmed their existing investment policy. Members Riché Colcombe, Judy Ann Thibault, and Laurie Jutzi met with Bank of New Hampshire Investment Consultants Frank Anderson and Steve Smith to review the portfolio and performance. The trustees voted unanimously to sign a Client Objective Evaluation stating they wish to make no immediate changes.

Colcombe briefed the board on state Charitable Trust Division guidance clarifying that donated and bequeathed funds cannot be co-mingled with taxpayer dollars, and that Capital Reserve and Expendable Trust Funds cannot receive donations. The trustees were notified that a 2024 MS9 form error is under review.
