NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Planning Board advances Sawmill Road subdivision to site walk and hearing. Abraham Borey's six-lot subdivision at 25 Sawmill Road was unanimously accepted for full review, with a site walk scheduled for August 19 and the public hearing continued to September 2. The 12.82-acre property includes one lot for an existing single-family home and five new single-family lots, with three identified wetland pockets.

Planning Director Robyn Payson confirmed all required materials were submitted. The Conservation Commission recommended conditions prohibiting wetlands impacts and specifying leach field and test pit requirements. The board also discussed an early-stage 48-unit multifamily concept for 73 School Street, determining it requires Zoning Board approval first.
