NH HILLSBOROUGH — Planning Board approves Myrtle Street subdivision after contentious parcel dispute. Chairperson Susanne White and the board voted unanimously to approve a 10-lot residential development by Leigh Bosse of Dascomb Associates LLC, requiring road construction to begin within 24 months. The project received state subdivision approval from the Department of Environmental Services.
A dispute over a triangular parcel promised to neighboring owner Kaitlyn Lucas remained unresolved: Bosse demanded apologies and letters clearing his name in a soil-disturbance complaint before conveying the land, but board members Dana Clow and Andrew Morris ruled the conveyance is a condition of approval regardless of the personal dispute.
