NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough approves 12-lot Harvey Way development with two-phase construction plan. The Planning Board unanimously approved both the site plan and subdivision submitted by Jack Franks of Avanru Development, which will include 10 single-family residences and an 80-unit elderly housing complex on property owned by Terry and Adele Thomas. The plan includes 85 parking spaces and grants two of three requested waivers, denying only the waiver for bituminous curbing in place of granite edging.

Harvey Way will remain unimproved during Phase 1, with improvements addressed during Phase 2 after the developer returns to the Board for discussion of the Harvey Way connection.
