NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Planning Board unanimously approves major 6-lot subdivision development at Sawmill Drive. The board approved Abraham Borey's subdivision after a well-attended site walk confirmed adequate sight lines on proposed driveways. The approval required compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and prohibited any wetlands disturbance, with no additional comment from the Conservation Commission.
The board also continued Brandon Montplaisir's change-of-use application at 23 Gibson Road to November 4 due to incomplete paperwork.
