NH HILLSBOROUGH — Planning Board approves coffee shop and conditional firearms retail. The board unanimously approved a takeout coffee shop conversion at 460 D West Main Street for Joy Gill on behalf of Brandon Brooks of New England Development, operating Tuesday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no inside seating and prepackaged food only. It also unanimously approved an in-home firearms retail business for Alex and Veronica Mellen at 24 Center Road under Mellen Firearms LLC, operating by appointment only Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., conditional on obtaining a Zoning Board variance for retail use in the Residential Zone.
