NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough planning board approves 12-lot subdivision with 80-unit senior housing on Harvey Way. The Planning Board unanimously approved the mixed-use development submitted by Jack Franks of Avanru Development for property owned by Terry and Adele Thomas. The site plan, prepared by Chad Brannon of Fieldstone Land Consultants, calls for 10 single-family residences and 80 units of elderly multi-family housing.
The board granted waivers for a hammer-head turnaround and landscape buffer but denied a curbing waiver. Development will proceed in two phases, with Harvey Way to remain unimproved during Phase 1 pending board discussion before Phase 2 commencement.
