Planning Board approves Jones Road and Bog Road subdivisions

Planning Board · Meeting of January 13, 2026

NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Planning Board approves Jones Road and Bog Road subdivisions. The board unanimously approved a seven-lot subdivision at 109 Jones Road for the D. Kracov Revocable Trust, with Chairperson Susanne White noting it was an unpopular decision, but the plan meets all subdivision requirements despite resident concerns about wetland impacts and road erosion.

The board also unanimously approved a three-lot subdivision at 844 Bog Road for Jacob L. Caron and Alyssa B. Caron Trustees, granting four requested waivers for survey and environmental documentation.

All town departments solicited for comment, except Water/Sewer, offered no objections to the Jones Road application.
