NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Planning Board reviews Jones Road cluster development proposal. Sam Ingram of Meridian Land Services presented a conceptual plan for a 75-acre site with 18 units proposed as duplex lots and 43 acres of conservation land. Vice Chairperson Dana Clow raised concerns about the class V Deer Lane road, stating he would have difficulty supporting a subdivision road less than 20 feet wide.
In a work meeting, the Board discussed the Henniker Street improvement project, a 2,200-foot complete streets project estimated at four million dollars over ten years on an 80-20 funding match.
