NH HILLSBOROUGH — Planning Board reviews cluster development proposal and infrastructure plans. Sam Ingram of Meridian Land Services presented a conceptual cluster development for 75 acres at 109 Jones Road, proposing up to 18 units with 43 acres designated for conservation. Vice Chairperson Dana Clow and Planning Director Robyn Payson raised concerns about whether Deer Lane, a Class V gravel town road, could support the proposed traffic volume.
Central NH Regional Planning Commission representative Mike Tardiff presented a Henniker Street corridor reconstruction, spanning 2,200 linear feet and estimated at four million dollars over ten years, potentially including a Gateway Zone with architectural standards under an 80-20 funding match.
