NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Selectboard scraps Manahan Bath House RFP, directs full site assessment. Selectman Richard Pelletier moved to withdraw the request for proposal following resident Tom McClure's complaint that it lacked critical information about water and septic systems; Manahan Park staffer Christa Liquori, with 11 years at the facility, cited the urgent need for building, water, and septic improvements. The board voted to hire an engineer, septic designer, and well-installer instead.
In related business, the board approved a new highway/parks full-time position for the 2027 budget and adopted a Manahan Park admission policy exempting resident-driven vehicles and their occupants from entrance fees. ===BRIEF===
