NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Selectmen waive HYAA field usage fees for three years. The Board voted 2-0 with one abstention to exempt Hillsborough Youth Athletic Association from charges at Grimes Field after substantial public comment, with Chairman Iris Campbell abstaining due to family participation in HYAA. The decision resolved a dispute over shared facility costs following Deering's refusal to continue its $25,000 annual contribution toward field maintenance.

HYAA representatives reported 17 percent out-of-town enrollment and a $900 seasonal surplus. The Board also approved a beer garden for Haunted Hillsborough, waived fees for the Stone Arch Players' July 18 pickleball fundraiser, and authorized support for a CDBG reapplication for the Rummill Building project.
