NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Trustees of the Trust Funds reorganize leadership and approve distributions. Riché Colcombe continues as Trustee Chair, with Laurie Jutzi elected Trustee Secretary and Judy Thibault retaining the role of primary Trustee Investments contact; Judy Thibault will also represent the Trustees on the Manahan Scholarship Committee. Treasurer Bill Shee, in his final year with a town-approved pay increase, will be shadowed by Judy Thibault during 2026 to prepare for succession.
The board unanimously approved scholarship distributions from multiple named trusts and voted 3-0 to approve reimbursement requests totaling $99,416.91 from Municipal Buildings, Fire Department Equipment, Parks Maintenance, and Manahan Park Trust Fund capital accounts.
