Water and Sewer Commission approves senior housing water service plan.

misc · Meeting of June 2, 2026

NH HILLSBOROUGH — Water and Sewer Commission approves phased water service for Harvey Farms development. The Commission set connection fees at $7,500 for an 80-unit senior housing building and $2,500 per single-family house lot, with two phases spanning potential construction in 2028. The Commission also declined an $8,300 consultant estimate to modify the sewer use ordinance, determining the work can be completed in-house.

Commissioners approved a Change of Use application for a CNC manufacturing business at 166 West Main Street unit A and authorized disconnection of water and sewer services at 171 West Main Street to enable demolition of the former Associated Electric site.
