NH HILLSBOROUGH — The Water and Sewer Commission addresses an urgent deadline for Hillsborough Heights project capacity. The Commission agreed to notify developer Jack Franks that reserved capacity for Phase II of his Hillsborough Heights project expires December 5, 2026 — exactly 24 months after Phase I received its certificate of occupancy. The Commission, led by Chairman Peter Mellen, also directed staff to draft violation notification letters for property owners whose sump pumps and drains are illegally connected to the town's sewer system, discovered during the Park and Whittemore drainage project.

The Commission authorized $37,785.86 in operating vouchers.
