NH HILLSBOROUGH — Water Commission approves $9,800 lean-to and prioritizes 15 manhole repairs. Commissioners voted unanimously to accept a Rose Contracting & Design quote for a shelter structure at Bible Hill Reservoir. In coordination with the West Main Street Sidewalk project, the Commission authorized an agreement permitting contractor John H.
Lyman & Sons, Inc. to open sewer manholes during construction, with the contractor assuming all liability and repair costs. Commissioners also moved forward with repairs to 15 sewer manholes prioritized by condition, requesting concrete risers installed instead of brick repairs to reduce costs.
