NH HILLSBOROUGH — The Hillsborough Water and Sewer Commission unanimously approved the Cardinal Circle development project. Commissioners Dave Lewis and Dana Clow voted on August 25 to approve the application. The Commission also accepted a water line easement deed for lot 11 and assigned water operator Cody Boisvert to update water specifications for a proposed water ordinance update.
Developer Leigh Bosse requested the Commission waive $25,000 in connection fees for 10 lots in exchange for the easement; when the Commission declined, offering instead a $2,500 waiver for lot 11, Bosse paid the full $25,000.
