NH HILLSBOROUGH — Water and Sewer Commission approves new manhole inspection form and $9,800 lean-to contract. Commissioners Peter Mellen, Dave Lewis, and Dana Clow, along with Administrator Penny Griffin and Water Operator Cody Boisvert, voted unanimously to accept a quote from Rose Contracting and Design for the lean-to structure at Bible Hill Reservoir on four pre-cast concrete footings. The Commission also authorized 15 manhole repairs, prioritizing the highway off-ramp manhole and Preston Street manhole, and approved an agreement with contractor John H.
Lyman and Sons, Inc. to open sewer manhole covers during the West Main Street Sidewalk Project, with the contractor assuming all liability for damage.
