NH HILLSBOROUGH — Water Commission approved water ordinance revisions and resolved Cardinal Circle infrastructure disputes. Commissioners Peter Mellen, Dave Lewis, and Dana Clow authorized implementation of legal counsel revisions to the water ordinance, to be submitted to the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. Operator Cody Boisvert is completing Water Specifications updates.
The commission determined that Eric Villa's permit request to reconstruct a Loon Pond gazebo destroyed in 2025 requires municipal and state shoreland approvals. For Cardinal Circle, the commission directed the water main below drainage to prevent freezing on the dead-end line. The commission authorized 577,694.44 dollars in capital reserve and town reimbursement requests.
