NH HILLSBOROUGH — The Water and Sewer Commission declined a waiver request for Cardinal Circle development. Commissioners Dave Lewis and Dana Clow rejected a request to waive $25,000 in connection fees for 10 single-family lots, finding the applicant had not submitted supporting documentation. The Commissioners approved the project's water line easement deed and authorized Commissioner Clow to sign and return it for recording.

They also approved Rob Tardif to oversee water infrastructure installation and approved two engineering service requests: ESR 54 Amendment 2 ($2,500) and ESR 60 ($4,750). The Commission approved water regulation updates for submission to legal counsel and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.
