NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Conservation Commission approves December minutes and plots wetlands and trail management initiatives. The six-member panel, chaired by Richard Head, voted 5-0-1 to approve prior minutes and directed Head to explore a potential new wetlands ordinance with the Planning Board, citing recent Cardinal Circle and Jones Road subdivisions. Vice-Chair James McDonough will pursue conservation of the Bible Hill/Jones Road property; Jim Riddle drafted a trail work plan; and the commission scheduled a free Private Well Workshop for February 19 at the Middle School, sponsored jointly with the Department of Environmental Services, which will distribute sampling bottles and cover laboratory costs.
