NH HILLSBOROUGH — Hillsborough Board approves $11M fiscal 2026 budget with 3 percent overall increase. Selectwoman Iris Campbell and Selectman Richard Pelletier, overseeing the hearing with Town Administrator Laura Buono, fielded public questions on a 3 percent raise for union and nonunion employees, an 11 percent health insurance premium increase, and capital expenditures including an $1,004,841.83 School District payment.
